Well… Kblog is an Italian blog and K-blog is a French one, so the target is not the same. Kblog.it is ranked 41,337 from Technorati and K-blog is ranked 201,940 so Kblog.it get no popularity from K-blog (to be honest, maybe K-blog can get some popularity from Kblog.it).
Anyway when someone choose a not-original name for a blog, it can’t ask other to don’t register a domain with that name… It is like ask anyone to don’t register domain with a name already used by a Geocities’ user (any second-level domain are unique!).
In the same way Google have chosen Gmail as name for their mail service but sites called “gmail” already exits . That name was used because it was “G” like “Google” and “Mail” like “mail” (and noone asked that a not-original name like that have to be unique). In the same way Kblog.it is “K” as “Kaos!” and “Blog” as “blog”…
